SAFETY TESTS - All our inflatables are tested annually by an RPii Inspector to latest safety standard BS EN14960 and PIPA tagged - the ONLY Safety Test recognised by the HSE. Our electrical equipment is PAT tested. NO CANCELLATION FEES - No cancellation fees are charged if sufficient notice period is provided*. For orders £100 and under you can cancel up to 12 noon the day before your hire, and for orders above £100 you can cancel up to 3 weeks before your hire date. *Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy below WET WEATHER GUARANTEE - If it’s raining on the day of your party and you don’t want the castle, just call us before 8am on the day and we can arrange an alternative date.
