We just hired an amazing carriage bounce & slide along with some princess soft play, including a carriage style ball pit and it couldn’t have been better! The booking process was super easy and they stay in touch the whole way through. The set up guys were right on time and so friendly. My daughter was over the moon when she walked in and saw it all. I will definitely be using them again in future.

Rock it Inflatables provided several bouncy castles etc for our School fete today, for the second year running ,and I just have to say how well executed it all was. Every inflatable was manned to make sure the kids were safe and not overfilled, saved many bumped heads I'm sure! We hired the jungle themed party pack that came with soft play for my baby’s first birthday party. I had a few questions along the way and Clair always answered them by email within 2 hours. The communication was great from my enquiry all the way to the end, I received two emails leading up to the party to double check all the details was correct or if I had anything that needed changing. The day before we received a text message to tell us the time the soft play would be delivered. The three men that delivered the soft play and bouncy castle was very polite and professional. Nice quick delivery and everything was checked before they left eg if we was happy with where it was and confirming the pick up time. Even when collecting they was quick and again very polite.
I would definitely recommend these as they made us at ease the whole way through and what you see online and book is exactly what you get.

just went to an inflatable event in fitzwimarc school hall. my son is in a wheelchair & we were pleased how friendly & helpful the staff were. lots of different things there, which was great for all ages & abilities. would definitely recommend rock it inflatables. I'd like to use them myself in the future. 5* from us 😁👍

Booked 5 days before the party (for a 2 year old) so very last minute.
All staff spoken to were nothing but helpful at all times and quick replies all round about every enquiry made, checking availability and letting me know what was on offer and even got the castle/soft play to suit our theme as well.
Delivery was on estimated time given the day before and was not a problem when phoned to double check they were still coming, set/pick up was quick, even with the kids still running about and balloons all over the place.
Again drivers were just as helpful, friendly and polite at all times and careful of the few kids still floating about in there way at times when packing up.
Easy to pay, with all information on their Web page and so many different castles and bits on offer, soft play had more to it than I expected it would too,
Really impressed overall would use them again and would recommend to others too, Thanks again

The guys who delivered them were so helpful and gave us a great de-brief on what to look out for as it was windy. They provided a tool to check the wind speed and made us feel comfortable.

After a miscommunication from our hall provider around set up timings Rock it inflatables made sure we had our party even though they had to come back an hour later than planned! Really recommend! The Toy Story soft play was a big hit for my little boys 1st birthday! Was perfect for entertaining the little ones for the entire time of the party.
Set up and take down was so quick and it was all really clean, so felt that the babies were safe…makes a change from the bigger soft play centres🙈
It was really easy to switch my order as well, as I’d originally ordered a different style but the team processed the change really quickly.
Was also a great price!

It was fantastic - all the children loved it and the parents loved it too as the children burned off A LOT of their energy!! We hired the ‘Under the Sea Bounce and Slide’ and couldn’t have been happier. Booking via the website was very straightforward and communication was excellent; as well as the initial confirmation, we also received emails in the lead up to the delivery date which confirmed arrangements and clearly explained what would be needed in terms of access, etc, to ensure that everything would go smoothly on the day.
The bouncy castle was delivered on time and in great condition. Once it had been set-up, we were talked through a few health and safety pointers before being left to enjoy our day. At the end of the hire period, the castle was collected at the agreed time by the same friendly and efficient team.

We hired the bouncy castle and soft play package from rock it inflatables for our sons birthday. From beginning to end they have been helpful and easily contactable. There was a little stress with my venue changing times, but the team just took it in their stride and made the set up seem effortless. The guys that set up for us where very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about equipment and I would recommend them to everyone 😊

Neil, Alfie and Jamie were lovely! Were sociably nice to speak to and were quite funny lads!… I didn’t need to do anything they just got on with the putting up of equipment.
All safety precautions were established which many people do not go through with such small children.
Asked how today went which went great; Up until the rain hit… but the kids had a really good time on it till half 6. Thanks boys!
Loved the superhero’s was exactly what I wanted!

Clair answered all my questions at the time of booking, the castles arrived bang on time and were set up quickly, and cleaned top to bottom with cloths and spray. We hired the unicorn bouncy castle for our daughters birthday party on Saturday. It was at home in our Garden. When speaking to the office they were very helpful in choosing the correct size as I was a little concerned it wouldn’t fit. Everything was very straightforward. They arrived at 10am and put the bouncy castle up, everything went smoothly. They sanitised the bouncy to ensure it was all clean before leaving and returned at 6pm to pick it up. We used Rock it Inflatables after being let down very last minute by another company more local to me. Rock It saved my sons party! The communication was second to none! Within an hour i had very easily navigated their website, chosen my bouncy castle, paid for it and arranged delivery. The customer service was exceptional. This isn’t the first time we have used Rock It but it is the first time since the pandemic; their bouncy castles have always been clean, but they took extra lengths in ensuring the cleanliness of the castle by giving it a very thorough wipe down both inside and out after inflation as well as before deflation. I would just like to say a BIG THANK you for all those involved in the Rock IT Inflatables team, it was a breath of fresh air dealing with them, they were professional, helpful and offered an all-round complete quality service delivered on time and as instructed. I ordered the ‘Princess Kingdom Play park’ and a few extras for my Daughters 1st birthday and was over the moon in how it looked when inflated, it was definitely the highlight of the party and really made the day quite special for the children we had involved. A special thank you to Sue Hems – who was always on hand, answering a barrage of questions I threw at her ( even out of normal working hours), gave great advice about which additional bits of equipment would work well and really made this whole process very easy –

Can't rate them enough ...the admin are amazing and very very helpful lovely women and the two men were lovely and helpful, were waiting at the hall before I arrived. I recently used Rock it inflatables for my daughters 1st birthday and would highly recommend them and use them again. I used the online booking system and it was fast and so easy to use and received confirmation quicker than I expected. Was also really impressed that I got an email 2 days before the event confirming again which saved me the stress of having to chase up to make sure everything was ok being as our party was just after new years day when everywhere is normally closed.
The guys turned up early and they were more than happy to wait for the hall to be opened and were very friendly. We had the jungle equipment and it was in great condition and all the kiddies had a brilliant time. Thank you for making my daughters birthday that extra bit special!

I had to call to make a change to the time and they were really accommodating and so helpful. They arrived on time, they set up really quickly. The equipment was fantastic. The kids had a fab time and they arrived as arranged and packed away. Very friendly and efficient.

Used rock it inflatables twice now and they make it so easy. They drop the castles off and set it all up, give you a estimate time they will be back. Takes alot of stress off doing a party because of how organised they are. Got an email confirming my booking, email the day before giving an estimate time they will be with you. So happy with their service and the fact its cheap makes it even better. Will be hiring another in the summer just for my kids to play! Recommend them to anyone. Thank you rock it inflatables!

Massive thank you to Rock It Inflatables for providing the bouncy castle and soft play for our twin boy's circus themed first birthday party. The whole booking was made stress free from the initial reservation to the prompt and efficient set up and collection of equipment. The staff are all very friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. The kids all had a great time and glad we picked the circus package as it made for a very fun theme for the twins party. We have many wonderful pictures of the boys on the bouncy castle/soft play and will be treasure memories. I'm sure we will be using you again throughout our boy's childhoods. If I would suggest anything it would be that you had a small sign, leaflet or poster advertising your company to leave for the duration as there were lots of other mums with kiddies there.


I thought the shoe sign was a great idea and meant I didn't have to ask people to take their shoes off.

Really pleased with the whole service provided, particular mention to the chaps who delivered the bouncy castle on the evening. They were both really helpful and courteous. They phoned me to say they were going to be late picking up the castle but to be honest I was too busy partying to pick up the message. They didn’t make any fuss, just picked up the castle and went on their way. A great service.

It was just a shame the weather wasn’t kind to us.
