This soft play set only includes the items listed above. Some pictures may show additional items to give examples of suitable add on items. Additional items from our EXTRAS & ADD ON section can be added to your booking both over the phone or via our online booking system. Very occasionally we may need to replace items for something of the same or greater value subject to availability.

The Baby Shark themed Soft Play set is available to book as a PACKAGE which includes a choice of bouncy castle making this a perfect party choice if you have older children attending the party. during the booking process you can select either Blue or Pink theme

Our Soft Play sets are for INDOOR HIRE ONLY due to hygiene reasons.

DELIVERY AREAS

We offer FREE local delivery to all SS0-SS12 postcodes which includes, Southend, Shoebury, Rayleigh, Wickford, Rochford, Leigh on Sea and Benfleet. All other Essex based DELIVERY AREAS outside the SS0-SS12, ie, Basildon, Chelmsford, Brentwood, Romford, Grays etc, incur delivery fees depending on postcode.

AVAILABILITY

Use the CHECK AVAILABILITY tab below and select your postcode to check delivery costs. If your postcode is not listed please CONTACT US or telephone the office on 01702 546615 with your delivery postcode, items you are wanting to hire, party times, and the length of time you have the venue for. We are happy to quote all areas.

HIRE DURATION

The price is the same whether your party is for 2 hours or 4 hours. We need a minimum delivery/collection slot of 30 mins either side of your party. The longer delivery slots you can offer the better it is for us to schedule your delivery & collection times. For larger packages/set ups longer time will be required.

VENUE

Our Soft Play is available for INDOOR HIRE ONLY. You can hire soft play sets to go in your house if you have sufficient space, or in a local church hall, community centre or other indoor hire venue. We have a list of INDOOR VENUES on our website we have compiled. When booking a venue please allow at least a 30 minute time slot either side of your party for us to set up and clear away.

FREE LOCAL DELIVERY - FREE Local Delivery to SS0-SS12. We deliver to areas outside these postcodes but delivery fees will be charged and minimum order values apply.
LOW DEPOSIT - 20% Booking Fee (rounded up to the nearest £10) is required at time of booking to reserve your items. Booking fees are non-refundable but can be transferred once to an alternative date within 1 year!
PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE - We hold £5,000,000 Public Liability Insurance for your peace of mind.
SAFETY TESTS - All our inflatables are tested annually by an RPii Inspector to latest safety standard BS EN14960 and PIPA tagged - the ONLY Safety Test recognised by the HSE. Our electrical equipment is PAT tested.
NO CANCELLATION FEES - No cancellation fees are charged if sufficient notice period is provided*. For orders £100 and under you can cancel up to 12 noon the day before your hire, and for orders above £100 you can cancel up to 3 weeks before your hire date. *Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy below
WET WEATHER GUARANTEE - If it’s raining on the day of your party and you don’t want the castle, just call us before 8am on the day and we can arrange an alternative date. Booking fees are transferable up to 1 year!
