We want to reassure our customers that we are taking every precaution and staying up to date with all the current HSE and Government Guidelines, while providing you with the Rock It Inflatables experience you are used to.

If anyone in the household should display Covid 19 symptoms before the hire, you should contact us to re arrange the hire immediately. If you are not sure what these symptoms are please look on the NHS or Government websites for further advice.

AT HOME SOFT PLAY PACKAGES - During this pandemic, we are offering our Soft Play packages to be delivered to your home. The soft play sets will be cleaned and sanitised on arrival to your house, outside your premises. Once cleaned we can either pass these to you at the door, or we are happy to come into your house to set up if preferred. Our delivery team will be fully equipped with face masks and hand sanitiser.

Due to the nature of this pandemic, we are unable to accept cash payments. We require all payments to be made at least 24 hours in advance of your hire via the methods outlined within our booking policy.

Cancellations and refund Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Our normal terms and conditions will apply to refunds and cancellations. However, we reserve the right to assess and evaluate each hire on its own circumstances.

This Covid-19 policy supersedes our existing policies.
